"So you got your eye on this statue I see? Hmmm...
If your interested then allow me to enlighten you with a story."
"Now this is all that I knew about this item in particular; This Fat Cecaelia Warlock statue that you see in front of you:"
-
A very teal color stone that is too pale for it to be jade colored, despite with all the nicks and scratches, not to mention with the moss that it had gathered from the years of being on the dry (yet still wet) lands. It still maintain it's intended form that it was made:
It looked like a middle aged man with a beard, his body has strong arms and a round belly where his human half is supposed to be, and the bottom half is where his octopus is, has some vary thick tentacles.
His pose is unclear... Either he was screaming, or was in the middle of an incantation. Nevertheless that is the way it was made. And its bigger than a soda can, and yet no bigger than a beer mug.

"Now then; long ago, in a vast deep blue sea, there lived an underwater village. Where every kind of merfolk and any sea creature can live in harmony."
"But then, a terrible Warlock tried to capture the innocent and naive Merfolk for himself. Dwindling their numbers as they go."
"And just before he captured the youngest prince, the eldest Prince the son of the sea king, puts an end to his evil deeds."
"In the end; the Prince was able to deflect his power using the Warlocks magic against him, turning the sea warlock into stone."
"But the question remains; why did the Warlock do such a deed, eliminating the merpeople one by one. Maybe he was bullied back in his youth, or maybe something that is deeper than the ocean itself. Perhaps he was trying to increase the population of the octopus people, or something to that effect. There was just not enough of them left, and he was lonely."
"The story goes off like this: Somewhere in the darkness of the sea... There is a Cecaelia statue with the warlock still trapped inside to this day... Only with his remains, or a Cecaelia with his shared powers, and only then he can be free again."
"While this statue may only be good for nothing, but does comes with an interesting story. They say that this miniature statue could be one of his remains in its independent state. Meaning there could be some of the Warlocks magic inside it. With the potential to turn anyone into a Cecaelia, or at least a Cecaelia that’s close to his image. In worst case scenario they could be possessed by his spirit himself. But I personally haven't seen any of that ever happened in my lifetime, so it could just be rumors for all I know."
"Also, It's worth mentioning that the Warlock's actual name, was lost to time. No one on land knows what his name was anymore. That’s certainly a mystery I dare say!"
"Well, wasn't that an interesting story? Would you like to buy it?"
So... Who is the fortunate, or rather 'unfortunate' soul that buys this treasure? Who was it that got their hands on this statue?
