Jeff, thinking about things a bit as he peruses through his options came to a setting that changes what grade he's in at school. Thinking about school, he hated the fact that he kept getting picked on. And so, he wondered what it would be like to have already graduated and already be in college at his current 16 year old self. Would life be any better? Would people have more respect for him? Unfortunately, he didn't have long to ponder because his sister came back out of the kitchen, plopped her butt down on the couch, cracked open a soda, and turned on the TV to start channel surfing as she usually did when she got home. Looking over to where Jeff was messing with the Chronivac, she asked him, "Jeff, whatcha' doin'?" Jeff, not wanting his sister to know his business replied, "Nothing brat! Go back to watching your stupid shows!" And so Jeff's ten year old sister, Katie, immediately ran up to Jeff and tried to take over the Chronivac and in the process, started a fight over the device. Somehow, in the fray, the Chronivac got bumped and it started to activate. Since Jeff was looking at school grade level selection, the Chronivac changed his grade level, though he never knew which grade was selected. Jeff would have a rude awakening when he made it to school again. The program would adapt reality so that he'd be called to the principle's office, be removed from his grade, have his records pulled and changed so that he could be placed in his new grade level, and be forced to attend the new grade with his mind intact and physical age still age sixteen.
