On the next Friday night, Bobbi and James, with their true faces, arrived at the apartment Jessica and Andrew shared. The plan was that they would use the masks to once more become "Jess" and "Andrew" and remain as such for the entire weekend, whilst their friends would assume the identities of "Bobbi" and "James" for that period.
The plan that Bobbi and Jess had developed, was that after swapping faces, they would head out to dinner. Afterwards they would return to the apartments associated with the faces they wore. The part that most excited Bobbi was that they would not meet up again until Sunday night. She would spend 48 hours as "Jessica" including attending a baby shower for Jessica's cousin on Sunday afternoon. Meanwhile on Saturday night, the real Jessica, as "Bobbi" would be attending a theatre performance with "James" (really Andrew) in which James's younger sister was performing. Could they fool the families of the faces they wore?
During the past week they had on several occasions made love as Donald and Melania, as Donald and Bobbi or as James and Melania, but they had resisted the temptation of heading out in public with a different face. This weekend would be different.
They rang the doorbell and were greeted by an excited Jessica.
"Come in" Jessica said and proceeded to give both James and Bobbi a hug. "Andrew isn't back from work yet but should't be long"
"I'm all jitters with excitement" exclaimed Bobbi. "And nervous as well. You need to show me what to wear to the baby shower. Also don't forget to show me your family photos. I'd hate to call someone the wrong name"
"I'll trust your fashion sense. It's better than mine. You can wear whatever you like from my wardrobe. And I have the photo albums out waiting for you. We could get started while we wait for Andrew"
10 minutes later Andrew arrived home. After greeting everyone, he asked Jessica "Did you tell them of my discovery this morning?"
"Not yet" Jessica replied "I thought you could show them"
"Show us what?" asked James
"Watch" James went to his bedroom and returned soon afterwards with the Bill and Hilary masks. He handed the masks to Jessica. "Remember how last week when I was Hilary I was so conscious of how my hands didn't match my face.... Well I think I've found a way of solving that problem" He pointed at Jessica. They saw that Jessica had placed one hand inside the neck of of the Hilary mask and her other hand was inside the neck of the Bill mask.
"Look what happens when I peel the masks off" said Andrew. Jessica can't do it herself.
Andrew peeled off the the Hilary mask. Both James and Bobbi heaved a sigh of surprise. Jessica's forearm had become a copy of Hilary's head. "It's heavy" uttered Jessica as she rested her second head on the kitchen table.
"Can it talk?" asked Bobbi
"No It's just my reshaped forearm. It has no brain, or if it does, it doesn't communicate" Meanwhile Andrew had removed the Bill mask and Jessica's other forearm was a copy of Bill Clinton's head. Jessica placed her third head on the table as well. The heads looked to be asleep.
"Well that sure is weird, but what's the point?" asked James
"This is the point" replied Andrew. He pointed at the discarded latex masks. They watched as the Hilary mask reverted to a copy of Jessica's right forearm. It looked like a skin coloured glove. "We only discovered that this happens this morning, when we were about to head to work. I haven't actually tried it yet but I imagine that if I put my own arm into that, it will become a copy of Jessica's. Shall I try?"
"Wow!" uttered James. He recalled being conscious of his male hands when he had masqueraded as "Bobbi" the previous week. "I hadn't thought of that"
"Yes. Please try Andrew" said Jessica "I can't see what could go wrong"
"Here goes!" said Andrew with enthusiasm as he reached for the glove
