"I think I just pooped again," Leah said. Tonya hadn't put her overalls back on yet, so checking was easy enough. Leah was clean.
"Nope, you're good," Tonya said. Leah sighed.
"Not for long." As if on cue, there was a soft hiss. Leah's diaper turned faintly yellow. As an experienced babysitter, Tonya knew Leah didn't need a change just yet.
"You're still good. You can handle a couple more pees in that brand."
"I peed?" Leah asked. Tonya nodded, surprised but deciding to keep her shock to herself. "Well, I honestly haven't decided how I feel about the whole baby thing." Leah paused thoughtfully. "It's a bit nice not feeling the pressure. You know how close I get to accidents sometimes. It's really stressful. And it's also nice to not work so hard to be viewed as a teenager, and just let people think what they're going to think."
"But..." Tonya prompted. Leah grinned sheepishly.
"I don't like being so reliant upon people. Especially with bathroom stuff."
"So, are you saying that if you could change your own diaper, you wouldn't mind having and using it?" Tonya asked. Leah shrugged. She put her pacifier back in her mouth.
"Honestly?"
"Of course!"
"If I could change my own diaper, I think I'd prefer it." Leah grunted in frustration. "I hate missing movies and rushing to the bathroom. It's much easier just letting things happen and then cleaning up the mess."
"In that case, do you want some practice?" Tonya asked. Leah looked at her. "I can show you how to change a diaper on..."
