"The kids around here call him Uncle Tim," Rita explains. "He's- oh! He picked up. Give me a second." Leah just continues to suck happily on her pacifier while she fills her diaper even more. She didn't even know it was possible to produce this much poop. But...she's almost having...fun? Not that she'd ever admit it to Rita. Hell, she won't even admit it to herself! That would result in some introspection she doesn't want to have while she's pooping.
Leah pushes out a final log just as Rita hangs up the phone.
"All done?" Rita asks. Leah nods. "All right." Rita lays Leah on the changing table. "Like I was saying, the kids call him Uncle Tim. He's a rather lonely man; he lost most of his family in a car accident when he was a child. He never wanted to date anyone or have any kids of his own. But he adores looking after them. The number of kids around here that invite him to big things, because of how important he was in their lives..." Rita begins to wipe Leah down. "Elise, one of my other neighbors, says that Tim potty trained every single one of her kids."
"And you want him to do that with me," Leah says. Part of her is disappointed at the thought of being potty trained. She quickly pretends that part doesn't exist.
"No. You won't be here long enough. I just told you that to prove he knows how to handle little diaper fillers like you." Rita taps Leah's nose playfully. "You're all changed, honey." Rita sets Leah, wearing only her new diaper, on the floor. "Tim said he'll take you on some trips to keep you occupied. The pool, the library, the park. Things like that." Leah wouldn't mind some activities out of the house. The pool especially sounds like fun. Hopefully her act and disguise will be enough to fool anyone they come across who already knows who she is.
"Okay." Leah gets to her feet. Only to feel a familiar urge. Leah bends her knees into a squat and begins to push, grinning gleefully around her pacifier. Mush enters her new diaper. As the smell fills the room, Rita sighs.
"All right. No more prunes for you."
The next morning...
