"My family is going to be out for a bit. I was actually going to ask you if you wanted to stay over for a night and have a sleep over like we used to. We can just extend that time. That way, we can figure this out without Tina getting involved."
Leah's eyes widened. That was probably the best thing she's heard all day.
"Oh, absolutely! You think Tina will be okay with it?"
"Eh, she seems to trust me. And my parents left me on my own, so...not sure why she'd have a problem with it. You down?"
"Hell yeah!"
"Great! I think I have enough supplies now, so let's scoot!"
Like a pair of mischievous bandits, the two quickly exited the premises. Leah felt a little bad about leaving Tina behind, but glad she wouldn't have to deal with her in her current state. Tonya was actually several months older than Leah, and recently turned 16 and go her license (a fact she never stops bragging about). The two made their way to her car, stashed away the supplies, and were on their way. Leah couldn't feel more excited; getting to spend several nights with no one but her best friend? There wasn't a better way for this horrid situation to turn out.
They both sent their respective texts to Tina, and got her reluctant permission as they parked into the driveway.
"We're all set, then!" Leah shouted, jumping out of the car. She was so excited she almost forgot about her current attire, and quickly scanned the horizon for any witnesses before helping Tonya bring the supplies in. They deposited the supplies into the living room, and then both collapsed onto the couch.
"So, what's our first plan of action?" Leah asked.
