While reading the books the door bell rang. Jennifer could hear her mother talking with a young male by the front door. He was asking if Jennifer was home and that he wanted to study with her. Jennifer's mom let the boy inside the house and as he approached the living room he acted very casual around Jennifer as if they knew each other.
"Morning Jen. Didn't think your mom would let me in after I heard what happened between you and Alex." The young boy nervously laughed while glancing at Jennifer's rounded belly.
Jennifer looked at him from head to toe. He looked like an eight grader and saw that he wore glasses, a red and black long sleeved flannel shirt with blue denim jeans. His white sneakers looked brand new and had no stains on them. He had a short cleanly cut hair that reached to his ears. Jennifer could smell his cologne as he sat next to her. She could tell that he had something else in his mind. Jennifer tried her best to remember who he was and like a bolt of lightining she remembered that his name was Justin Beckett. His mom worked as a secretary for Jennifer's mom in the same company. Jennifer had tons of memories of them handing and being together since elementary school. It was like a twist of fate that someone like him would waltz in the house and hand her golden ticket out of this mess. If she could just pass down this crummy curse on Justin's shoulders she could continue living like normal as if nothing happened. So she had to ask.
"Transform or dare?"
"Huh? What kind of question is that?" Justin laughed.
"Just answer to it, transform or dare?" Jennifer giggled.
"If I had to choose, I would say..." Justin opened his sentence.
