"I would say transform" Justin said as Jennifer gleefully smiled at him.
"Okay. Starting from now you'll share my transformation and every last detail included in it. You are like a pillow to my planket but your actions have no meaning as I am the godmother of the original transformation. You keep your previous memories and you are always linked in any future transformations that I receive. Think of it as an invisible bond that we now share." Jennifer explained.
Justin was speechless as he couldn't say a word. He slowly continued writing down on his paper as the awkward silence engulfed the whole living room. After that both of them continued doing their school work while Jennifer's mom kept herself busy on the phone. It seemed that she was talking with someone. Jennifer was smiling happily like a crescent moon as she had just dragged Justin into the mix. She would always have someone who she could talk with even at the most dire of situation. She thought that this way she could convince people around her as she had Justin by her side.
Justin in other hand found the whole conversation more odd than funny. To him it felt a bit creepy how Jennifer out of blue asked something like that. He felt that something or someone had hopped on his back as Justin's eyes flashed like a shining coin. Jennifer didn't notice anything. She still had a small lingering piece of the curse inhabiting her body while Justin had taken the whole demon to himself. Justin felt the air getting colder.
"Hey. Is it just me or did something happen just now?" Justin asked Jennifer.
"No. Why?" Jennifer smiled.
"You see. After your explanation I felt a bit off for some reason like it's a funny feeling to explain but like imagine a ghost touching your back or something." Justin explained as he tried to come up with fitting explanation.
"Oh. Is that so?" Jennifer chuckled.
Jennifer just kept smiling as she was sure that her plan had worked out. What ever happened next was sure to resonate with Justin. She had invited him to the same boat where she was.
