The glow was so tempting that you had no other choice, but to dive into the water, and get whatever the glow at the bottom of the ocean was, because it was distracting you from what exactly you had planned for the camping trip. You take your shirt off, and dive into the water, while at the same time holding your breath.
While you swam to where the shining was, you see the horseshoe buried at the bottom of the lake, and grab it, while you were still holding your breath. To your luck, you come out of the water, while still holding onto the horseshoe, and get out of the lake as if nothing happened, while you head back to the campsite near your van. You wanted the horseshoe to be a gift for your girlfriend after the trip, so you wrapped it in some paper, because you hear that they could bring good luck to people.
