Nathan woke up after a good night's sleep and looked down and saw that his legs had returned. He then looked at the patch of scales on his left thigh and touched them, and he reminded himself that he could always change back and forth buy just applying water or cola for some reason?
He got out of his bed and stumbled upon his discarded underwear and pajamas. Oh yeah, I forgot about that. Can't go downstairs for breakfast without clothes".
He put them on and headed downstairs where he met his father preparing his coffee and his mom eating a toast.
Good morning mom, dad. How did you sleep last night? Nathan said as he sat on one of the chairs.
Chloe and Luke made eye contact immediately and both said," Pretty well . Chloe then took a bite out of her toast and left the rest on her plate as she sat next to Ethan. Luke then asked do want a toast for breakfast Ethan?
Yeah I would like that" Ethan said licking his lips.
Luke then moved towards the toaster and pulled out 2 toasts from inside and gave them to Ethan as he returned to unplugged it from the socket.

After they finished with their breakfast, Ethan asked if they were going to the ocean anytime soon. Which both his parents said yes, but we need to clear some things first. His parents both began to explain a few new rules for this family.
First of we need to be careful of the weather every single day because even a few droplets of water can transform you Ethan and that is something we can't risk with you. Or if somebody accidentally drops water or any type of liquid on you. Let's not forget the fact that from now on, you will carry a towel with you almost everywhere you go except for inside the house. The rest of the day went uneventful for the family as Nathan sat in his room playing video games and thinking a name for the baby.
While Chloe cook and cleaned the house, and also she was searching in her laptop for the adoption papers and process.
Ethan was driving around with the car trying to find the right beach to hide and swim with his family. Until he remembered, the place where they found the mermaid baby is the perfect. No people around, only a few rocky outcroppings and a safe spot.
It was nearly night when he got to the beach, he parked his car and got out and locked it up. He started walking towards the sea and started feeling a sense of calmness and belonging. He was looked around for a moment and saw no one.
