Tina got her answer the next morning during breakfast. Leah was eating cereal in just a t-shirt and diaper when she began peeing.
"Oh, Leah, you're peeing!"
"Hm?" Leah looks down in surprise, then scoffs in annoyance, "Ah damn it."
"Come on, try and hold it! We can make it to the toilet if we hurray." Tina grabbed the teen's hands, but the girl resisted being moved.
"I already started Tina, no sense in trying." She argued as she continued to wet herself. Tina's eyes creased in concern.
"Leah, even if you don't make it you still need to try! That's the whole point of potty training!"
Leah scrunched her eyes in confusion, and that feeling of dread grew stronger in Tina's stomach.
"I mean...Tina, I was never really potty trained before. This seems like a lot of trouble, doesn't it?"
Tina's eyes widen as words fail her. What was she talking about?
"Leah, that's non-sense. You need to be re-potty trained, or you'll be stuck in diapers forever."
"So? Better than constantly having accidents."
Tina gasps on air, feeling her lungs deflate in shock. What the hell was happening? Then it hit her: last night, she told Leah to not worry about what she doesn't remember, as well as to think this as being the first time she's ever potty trained. If all potty training was completely erased to the point that she doesn't even know what a toilet is, then she wouldn't have memory of ever using the bathroom; as far as she's concerned, the only times she's ever needed to poop or pee were whenever she had an accident. Tina accidently augmented her memory to the point that she wouldn't WANT to potty train.
