Laurence's face lit up with excitement. "Really? You can do that?" He clapped his hands together, bouncing up and down in his squatting position.
The wizard chuckled. "Yes, really. But are you sure that's what you want? Being a permanent baby means you'll never grow up."
Laurence nodded vigorously, his curly brown hair bobbing. "Yeah! I wanna be a baby forever!"
The wizard smiled. "Alright, I'll do it. But first, let me ask you something. Are you happy being a boy?"
Laurence's face scrunched up in thought. "I...I don't know. Sometimes I like being a boy, but sometimes I miss being a girl."
The wizard's eyebrows rose. "You miss being a girl?"
Laurence nodded. "Yeah...I want to be a baby girl, not a baby boy."
The wizard stroked his chin thoughtfully. "I see. Well, that's a bit more complicated. But I think I can manage it."
Laurence's eyes widened hopefully. "Really? You can turn me back into a girl?"
The wizard nodded. "Yes, really. And I can make you a baby girl, just like you want."
Laurence squealed with delight, bouncing up and down again. "Thank you, thank you!"
But then his face turned serious. "Wait, can you do something else for me?"
The wizard raised an eyebrow. "What is it?"
Laurence thought for a moment before speaking. "I want my best friend Kaitlyn to be a baby girl too."
The wizard chuckled. "Very well, little one. I shall grant your request."
With a wave of his wand, Laurence felt a strange sensation wash over him. He looked down and saw that his body was changing, transforming back into that of a baby girl. She squealed with delight, clapping her hands together.
The wizard smiled. "Now, let's bring in your friend Kaitlyn and make her a baby girl as well." Laura bounced up and down, excitedly.
Kaitlyn was brought into the magic shop, looking confused. But when she saw Laura, now a baby girl, she gasped in surprise.
The wizard waved his wand once more, and Kaitlyn felt the same strange sensation that Laura had felt. She looked down and saw that she was now a baby girl, dressed in a cute red onesie.
