"...Liking the jacket so far?" A spectral girl asks from you as she floats like a feather.
“AGH! A GHOST!” You shout as she spooks you and sends you flying on your bottom.
“Ghost? Nah I’m not that dumb! I’ve dealt with your kind before. You just wait me to turn my head around and then you sprint like a horny hare on a Friday eve to the sunset. Now give my jacket back or I call the coppers on you.” The spectral girl in mid air berates to you.
“What? I just bought this jacket from there…?” You say as you point at an abandoned building with no store in sight. “Huh. Now where did it go?”
“Ha ha. Why would I sell my prized possession to someone like you. We Throttingtons are proud from our motor-sport skills and we would never sell our custom made jackets to commoners.” The ghost girl pumps her chest to you.
“Throttington? You can’t be. Are you Erin Throttington?” You ask from the ghost who lies down in air as if there was a sofa underneath her.
“Yeah. That’s me. What about it?” Erin replied you back as she takes something out of her ear with a pinkie finger.
“You should be dead. I saw a TV documentary long time ago about a girl named Erin Throttington who died in a car accident on a demolition derby rally race.” You explain to the ghostly figure.
“Now that’s just completely bogus claim. As you can see I’m fully intact and… Well… Actually… I should be racing with the others… Huh… Now that I think about it I remember flying in the air, the car made couple of spins and then I can't remember anything after that… Except the moment I saw you wearing my jacket and now this.” Erin explains to you as she turns her spectral hand in front of her eyes. “Am I like dead-dead? No. That can’t be possible. The old wizard looking dude told me that the jacket would… I remember buying this red thread which was used as a base for that jacket.”
“Wizard?” You ask back but then you remember the elderly man you sold you this jacket in the first place. “You mean a elderly salesman with dead look in his eyes?”
“The same. He told me that if I ever get to an accident the thread keeps me alive. Now. Here I am but something’s wrong with my body. But I’m not going to believe you that I’m literally dead. Now that would be just silly talk.” Erin says as she can float and fly around you and stops at 15 feet. “It seems that this is the farthest I can go. After that I just can’t go further even if I try to push myself to do it. Hey! Stop moving! You are moving me too when you move like that!”
Erin angrily tries to pick up a small rock to her hand and without any problems the rock starts to levitate. She flings the moderate sized pebble from her hand at you. You put your hands in front of you to protect yourself from the sudden attack. The rock flies at you with moderate speed and luckily Erin misses her target as the rock continues it’s flight path past you. A nearby kid comes to ask from you how did you make that small rock fly and you point your finger towards the ghost girl in front of you. From his expression it seems that the kid doesn’t see her. It seems that you are only one able to see Erin as Erin tries to ask from the boy can he see her.
“I think he can’t see or hear you.” You say to Erin.
“What?” The boy asks.
“Nothing.” You reply back to the boy.
You tell the boy to just ignore what he saw and then you walk the street forwards to search a small opening or a quiet place where you can have a proper conversation with Erin in private. You feel that you need ask from this ghost girl in detail what's going on and search the old wizard who sold you the jacket to fix her situation.
