Jeremy and Ryan sneaked out of the zoo when they noticed that there's no one around. They weren't used to those big anthro bear bodies and they moved clumsily like walking on a soaped floor, but they managed to do it through the back doors.
It was getting late and the streets were getting dark, so they took advantage of that to walk away through dark alleys and backyards. They started to sweat like crazy because it was a hot day and their polar bears bodies were covered in thick layers of hair and fat.
"I can't hold it anymore." Jeremy told his brother. "I need to change into something else right now. Polar bears are not made for this weather!"
"Do you mean you can't BEAR it?" Ryan joked but it was so lame that Jeremy didn't bother to reply and he took a short rest behind an old fence where nobody could see him. He seemed he could faint at any moment. "Fine, but there's nothing around here that we can use to change..."
"Let's see..." Jeremy said while he looked around. "There's a ball, those ants, that trash can and... a dead bird?" He approached to the dead animal. "It seems it has recently died, but I'm afraid of turning into something dead. It's not exactly the same as turning into an object that has never had a life."
"Ok, then what are you going to do?" Ryan asked while he curled to rest too. He didn't seem to bother to stay as an anthro polar bear for a while longer.
