This is going to be a challenge, Ty thought. I hope I can pull it off, because I don't think there is any alternative. Ty left the abstraction of Lisa's mind, and returned to her bedroom.
He was once again lying on her bed, next to her motionless body. He felt her skin, and it was still warm, despite her not breathing. I'll never get used to that, he thought. He got up and sat at her desk. I need to transform my physical body into Lisa's, he thought. But only my physical body, not my mind. That was my mistake last time. He thought about it, and his body started changing, quickly becoming identical to hers. The first time he had done that, it had felt incredibly strange, and erotic, but now he had worn her body, or at least a variation on it, so many ti es that it seemed routine. The lack of a penis, the presence of a pussy and a pair of breasts, the change in height and skin tone, the zillion other smaller changes, were barely noticeable. To the extent thatnshe did notice, she thought it was a bit sad that it now felt routine. Well, she thought. I'm still me, mentally. Now for phase two, making the copy.
Ty first made a copy of the chair she was sitting in, then concentrated on making a duplicate of herself, identical in almost every way, in both body and mind, with one exception. The mind of the duplicate was to contain no operators. No homunculi of any sort. That was critical to the plan, and she had no idea whether she could pull it off. She focused her thoughts on the idea, and a body started to appear on the other chair. It started as a tiny thing, on the seat, but grew rapidly, as she watched in fascination. I shall call her Mini-Me, she thought, and giggled. Once the new body was fully formed, Ty realized that there were now three Lisa bodies in the room. Lisa's original body, with her broken mind, a Lisa body with Ty's mind, and the third body, Mini-Me. What would Maria and Diego think if they saw this? Ty shivered. Hopefully they never will.
Time to see if this worked, she thought. She concentrated on entering Mini-Me's mind, and found herself in the Main Control Room. As she'd intended, there was no homunculus present, but everything looked otherwise intact. The control panels were all present and didn't appear to have any damage. The main monitor showed a Lisa body in a chair.
Ty walked up to a bookcase, and read the label of one shelf. "Lisa, Operations Procedures, Volumes CXXI through CXL," it said, and the manuals that were present on the shelf matched that. She pulled one manual out and looked it over. She didn't understand any of the content, but the page headings had the correct volume identification. She put it back. I sure hope these are satisfactory for the real Lisa, she thought, worrying that because they were derived from his own manuals, they might differ. Well, no use worrying, she thought. Lets's do this.
