Felicity decided, once more, to stay put, wanting more time to prepare herself before she spoke to Jennifer. She didn't think she was ready, and of course, she'd have to answer questions on how and why she was in here, since they know about the Felicity still out with the others.
Wanting to distract herself from those depressing thoughts until her friends started talking again, she glanced around the cabinet; Her eyes had adjusted to the dark already, so she could, to some extent, see everything. But unfortunately, like before, the only thing of interest was the diapers, which she was still a little curious about. The box was open, so someone used them, though she stuck with the assumption that they were leftovers from when Lucy was little.
Felicity was pulled from her thoughts at the sound of movement. "So... What now?" She heard Jennifer ask, then go to clarify. "I-I mean... There's still the possibility of my entire life, everything I've known, being a lie..." There was hesitation in her voice as she spoke. "And, what does this mean for our relationship now...? Do we... do we stay friends, or... go back to being siblings, or... something else...?"
"I... don't know." Lucy answered. "I mean... I think we should hold off on a decision, and just... see how things go? Like, if we feel that sort of bond, we could... try to be siblings again, but if not, we could always stay friends!" The girl decides. Felicity could hear a bashful tone enter her voice as she added, "O-Or, uh... As weird as this feels to say about my ex-brother, I guess if we feel a spark of something else, then we could always give that a try..."
The latter comment just seemed weird to Felicity. "Dating someone who is technically your sibling...?" She thought. "Wouldn't that be weird...?" Even if they weren't actually siblings in this timeline, the knowledge that they were siblings at one point made the tomboy unsure how to feel about the idea.
"Uh- I-I don't think..." Felicity heard a momentary pause before Jennifer spoke again "I-I... Thinking of that kind of relationship feels... wrong, considering who I used to be..." Then, after a deep breath, she added, "B-But, if things change, then... I guess that's how it would be... And it would help differentiate 'me' from Jeff..."
...And Felicity wasn't sure how to feel about Jennifer's willingness, either, even if she also thought it was wrong. But she stayed quiet, listening as Jennifer decided to change the topic. "Anyway, um... The pizza should be here soon! We should probably get ready for that to arrive." Footsteps approached the sink, and Felicity prepared herself for the same overwhelming sound as before.
"Yeah, that seems like a good idea." Lucy agreed, as another set of footsteps approached the adjacent sink. The sound started, and Felicity covered her ears, trying to ignore the water hitting the bowl of the sink immediately above her head, only amplified by the other sink running, doing her best to not react in a way that'd alert them to her presence.
