With a deep breath, she decided to stay put for a little while longer. "I'm only here to listen." Felicity reminded herself. She didn't entirely know what would happen if she went out there, whether she saw what Jennifer and Lucy were up to, or went to the living room and ran into her past self.
So, she stayed put, in the silence of the bathroom. She'd have something to listen to in a moment, and she was curious about what caused Jennifer to lock herself in the bathroom yet again. But for now... her thoughts roamed.
"So... if I didn't exist before the sleepover, what would happen if I went home..." She whispered to herself. "If home... doesn't exist, where would I go?" That seemed like the scariest part to her, unsure if Jeff and Alan merely made up these false memories, or if what they did truly altered time to make her life exist as she remembered it.
Felicity almost felt a sense of jealousy, knowing Jennifer didn't have that problem - If Jennifer didn't have a life to return to, she had Lucy to rely on. But.. Felicity didn't. "Unless..." She pondered for a moment. "Unless I track down Alan's family...? But.. would they even believe me..? And how would they react...?"
Her thoughts drifted back to the others. "Or... do I ask one of the others? Would they let me..?" She wasn't as sure about that, considering the looks she got from everyone after they learned. But maybe if she explained herself... "They seem alright with Jennifer, so... maybe they'd be fine with me..."
"...But if Alan is still... aware, inside me... I-If he's still watching, I don't want to let him spy on them..." Then she thought back to the Chronivac. "..Can I fix that, though? Can I... get rid of him completely?" She wanted to make things better, and that seemed like the best way to do so. "I hope I can..."
..The sound of the door opening and closing pulled her from her thoughts. She knew that was Jennifer, hiding in the bathroom again after whatever she just did with Lucy. And... since Jennifer was going to stay in here until, at least, after Felicity went back in time, she knew it was the safest time to try talking to her.
