Before Jeff could tell him Rascal stated waving his paw "I need a collar. I always wanted one." Jeff felt himself start to transform. His mouth disappeared & he couldn't feel his tongue anymore. Jeff then realized he could only move his head. He looked down to see his penis & balls shrink away. Jeff's fingers & thumbs shrank away. Jeff looked down to see his arms shrinking away. He also saw his toes merge together. Jeff kinda scared watched as his skin started becoming black & plastic as his bellybutton & nipples disappeared. "Don't be scared Jeff. It's alright." Rascal told Jeff kindly as Jeff's body began to flatten as his butt sealed & disappeared. Soon Jeff's feet & legs began fusing together. Soon Jeff's body was a flat black strap. Soon Jeff's head completely reformed into a silver looking buckle. Jeff shrank a lot finishing his transformation into a black plastic collar. Jeff the now collar was surprised it could see (having no eye) & hear (having no ears). Rascal walked over & grabbed the collar & put it on around his furry neck. It felt weird to the collar being put on & fastened. The collar could also feel the raccoon's fur against it. The anthromorphic raccoon got on the computer & began making changes. The raccoon scratched his furry package with one paw while typing on the computer with the other. "Here. Now I can walk around freely." Rascal stated pleased turning off the computer. Puzzled the collar wondered what the raccoon did. Seeming to sense the collar's confusion (but not actually) the raccoon said "I changed reality so I am normal." Rascal walked away from the computer & the collar noticed it's room looked a bit different. For one it's closet had no clothes hanging in it. And it's shoes & socks were gone too. "Yeah. This is good." Rascal said pleased looking around. As Rascal passed the full body mirror on the door he stopped. "Expect to be seeing me in all my raccoon glory. Do to my reality changes animals like me don't wear anything. Except a collar like you maybe." The raccoon stated. Seeming to sense the collar's confusion (but not actually) Rascal stated "Thanks for giving me control of the program. I can now do whatever I want." The collar thought in dread [What have I done?] "I better stop talking to you collar. I don't want to appear crazy." Rascal told the collar. Rascal left the room stating "Don't worry. No one will miss you. I set it so you never existed as a human. I will change you back to human later." The raccoon then said with a mischievous smirk closing the door behind him "Eventually I will change you back to human. Maybe." The collar thought in fearful dread [I could be suck as this raccoon's collar forever. And he has fully control of the program. This raccoon could do anything he wants now. What have I done?]
