At this point what Millennial hadn't at least tried the other sex once in their lives who weren't a prude, had religious reasons not to, or just felt they were perfectly fine in their own skin?... One supposes if you phrased it with the last part with the qualifier "assuming the issues you had a problem with wasn't your sex" that would be most of the population of earth, but for a number of people who were at minimum curious the ability to take the pill and maybe change some of your wardrobe for a year wasn't THAT big of a deal for maybe some idea how the other side of the gender divide lived.
Old superstitions were holding some ground, a number of people were still highly skeptical although since the drug was only around 19 years who know if any rumors about drastically shortened lifespans or a possibility of an increase in cancer rates would be found... but thanks to some regulations people who had changed physical sex could have some details changed with the government so employers couldn't "Find out" if you had changed sex. Also the fertility rates of those who had changed sex wasn't lowered to 0... there are rumors about it boosting fertility rates or decreasing them... Jury is still out till there is a larger sample size.
All that out of the way Sam had proposed to Melissa, they were dating for about a year and felt like this marriage wasn't a mistake but... Both felt like they should present as the sex pairing they both felt the most comfortable with. The couple had gotten 3 pills so far so they could try their relationship with as many pairings as they could. Sam had sighed and said "Guess as the original man of the relationship I should go first, and I do have some time off in the next week." and he went as the first to take the sex change pill.
"You didn't have to be the first." Melissa said
"Nah" Sam said "Sides, I was born a girl. Wonder how my adult woman self looks like now." Sam hadn't kept the vast majority a life a secret from Melissa. When they were getting more serious his mom had shown pictures of Sam growing up, and the tits during her middle school life and beyond up till college made Melissa very aware that Sam was being truthful about having once been a woman. Going back to another rumor Melissa may have been more into Sam then since any kids they had... may have been guaranteed to be girls... There weren't a lot of cis woman and pill woman having kids so maybe there was some amount of error or maybe the odds of having a boy was lowered? Back to Sam, he had mostly changed sex as a way to maybe boost his career in stem fields. There were a lot of perceived and actual bits of sexism going around, and Sam hadn't felt too strongly attached to their tits. Still... now all that testosterone, ability to pee standing up, and a certain mentality was starting to flow away. Whether or not she was reverting to a "natural state" didn't particularly matter to Sam right now. When one changed sex the other would wait 6 months before taking the pill so they'd have half a year with all the sex pairings and then decide to get married as whoever they felt most comfortable as together.
The night was late and a thought entered Sam's head "You know the condom's I have will probably expire before you turn into a guy. Last chance till a year and a half for you to have a real dick in you~"
Melissa sighed but rolled over and opened a drawer "Ok, but we're role playing MY particular Niche fantasies tonight!"
