The first full week in May was a day of many new arrivals. Most of them were either those who were taking part in the upcoming IAC Events or those with cheaper tickets/tourist packages. Like before, there were some events that were taking place at certain colonies, such as the Animalian Beach Volleyball Tournament taking place at Ao Guang Island this year. However, there were a few new arrivals that had nothing to do with the IAC.

Abby and Samson arrived at the Brown farm to share the good news, that Abby was having her first foal. However, when they arrived, they also learned that Josephine was working on her second foal. Not only that, but she was also far enough along to have the foal's gender identified via ultrasound, and Abby was a little more surprised to learn she'd have a baby brother this summer.

The other unexpected surprised was that, after the school year was over, there were some members of the Senior Year at Tim's school that, after their graduation, decided to convert to Animalians, partly due to Venus' appearance. While they were, technically, of age to do so, not one of them had serious enough health problems (physical, mental, or otherwise) to be fast-tracked into their new species. Because of this, there was going to be a bit of a wait before they could get their new species.

The other new arrival was the group of girls who were burdened with macromastia and gigantomastia, but what was surprising was the size/ratio. The best example of this was one girl from Japan who's gigantomastia resulted in breasts larger than her head and shoulders, each, with her being only 4'11", much to the surprise of the Horizon scientists.
