Jeff wanted to verify it works first, so he walked through the house, intent on finding an easy first target. The bathroom door was open, so he expected it to be empty, but decided to take a peek anyway to verify that assumption. After concluding there was nobody there, he continued on, finding the door to his little brother's room.
Cracking the door open, he saw his younger brother had fallen asleep at his desk, seemingly while reading a book. He was still wearing his school outfit, so Jeff assumed it was something school-related, but didn't care enough to look. "That's pretty convenient," he mumbled to himself, stepping inside, then closing the door as quietly as he could.
Tip-toeing over, Jeff looked at his sleeping form, hunched over the book. His primary thought was that this couldn't be a comfortable place to sleep, so he crouched down a bit and wrapped one arm around him, before bringing the other beneath his legs, and picking him up. "Let's get you to bed."
The teenager carried his brother over to his bed, crawling onto it and laying him down on the soft blankets. He would've tucked him in, but considering what he was here to do, that would only make things harder on him, so he opted to leave him on top. "Now to decide what to do..."
