Ty was sitting at a table in the cafeteria, eating his lunch, when he spotted Lisa walking his direction with a tray. He said hi as she passed, but knew that because they were grounded, she couldn't sit with him. He continued to eat, and tried not to think about Lisa, but the latter was an abject failure.
Later, she passed him again on the way out of the cafeteria, and as she passed, he felt an odd tingling in is groin. Just ljst and nerves, he thought, and ignored it. How was he going to endure a week of this? Thank goodness Maria had convinced Diego to make this only a week!
Ty tried to think up ways to make the time pass more quickly. Kind of like the opposite of the change he'd made to Lisa's alarm clock, he thought. But he couldn't just fast-forward through it. He had to actually be here and do his school work. He sighed, returned his tray, and headed to his first afternoon class.
