Janessa braided Lilia's hair in the classic Northfjord style. After so much time learning how to take care of hair in the harem, she didn't bat an eye at her new hairdressing responsibilities.
"I thought this necklace would work best for your gown," Janessa said, showing Lilia the piece of jewelry. Lilia smiled her approval. Matching shoes and jewelry, again, had been no issue after all the time Janessa spent on her appearance in the harem.
Even helping Lilia into her gowns hadn't been a problem. It was just doing the reverse of all the times Jasper had disrobed a woman.

Of course, even with her body covered in fabric, she still had an undeniable figure, beautiful face, and amazing bright red hair that turned heads.
Janessa didn't want to be a lady-in-waiting forever. She wanted to return to her home kingdom. But for now, she enjoyed what she was doing and she slipped into the role with ease. She sighed as she walked down the grand staircase. Her life as Jasper had been so long ago, she could barely remember it. With every day she spent in this body, it seemed further and further away.
At the bottom of the stairs, Janessa turned to go to the kitchen, where she usually ate to stay out of the royal family's way. But this morning, Lilia grabbed her hand.
"No, Janessa," she said, her blue eyes sparkling with excitement. "Eat with my family. There is a guest at our breakfast table I wish for you to meet." Nervous, Janessa nonetheless nodded.
Janessa followed Lilia into the main dining room to meet the breakfast guest...
