Ty stood there for a moment, almost dumbfounded. June had apparently merged both the washer and dryer into herself, simultaneously! It wouldn't have even occurred to him that she was now capable of doing that. But obviously it had occurred to June. He wished she had asked him about it before doing such a rash thing, so they could talk it over first. But at least she had done it in his presence.
When June demonstrated to him her new-found ability to be the dryer, but in human form, he could see that she was very happy with it, so he was happy for her. But when she came back to his room again, she had seemed very distracted. He'd kept having to prompt her to get her to explain what she wanted. It had seemed odd at the time, but now Ty understood that June wasn't really up to being both human and a clothes dryer at the same time. She could somewhat pull it off, but too much of her attention was on her dryer aspect. The intense pleasure she received from that. It left her with only limited attention for her human side, which made her easily distracted from even her own intentions.
As June had herself pointed out, the clothes washer was more complex than the dryer. It apparently provided her with more intense pleasure, or at least took up more of her attention. Given that being the much simpler dryer didn't leave her with enough attention for her human side, being the washer probably made that even harder for her. He was glad that she enjoyed it, but maybe he'd have to convince her not to do it again. She could be the washer, or the dryer, but she shouldn't try to be human at the same time. Surely she would still enjoy it as much? He wasn't sure that he'd have much luck convincing her, though.
Unfortunately the problem had now escalated even beyond that. He hadn't been prepared for what she had done next. Merging the dryer into herself while she was already the washer. She hadn't even waited until she'd experienced a full washing cycle before jumping into doing both. Of course that had been so intense, such a distraction, that she hadn't even been able to keep her human body standing. She'd needed his help just to stand, and to get to the living room sofa.
Maybe, with more experience, she would become used to this, and be able to fully function as a human as well as one or both machines, but she clearly wasn't able to right now, and Mark would he home soon. Ty couldn't let Mark see her in this state; he'd blow a gasket. There was no telling how he'd react, but he might demand that Ty not transform June any more, and take away her own limited transformation abilities. He didn't want to do that to June, just as he hadn't wanted to do it to Lisa at her father's request. They had talked that out, and Diego had relented, but if Mark saw June this way, the outcome probably wouldn't be as favorable.
As he continued to stare at the gap, where the washer and dryer normally stood, his thinking was cut short when he began to hear moaning from the living room. "June?" he asked, worried.
