"Well," said Kelly, "can you give me a power like yours?"

"I don't know," said Ty. "I mean my power is unique, and if we both had it, each of us could cause trouble for the other...."

"But you're my mom!"

"I'm a guy," said Ty, "but you are my daughter, so I'll tell you what I'll do. You can't have all my power, but here." He waved a hand at Kelly and sparks came out and hit her.

"There," said Ty. "Now you can..."
