Beth groans as she woke up. Her mouth felt dry and she started to move her tongue around to work up some saliva. Without even opening her eyes she licks her lips, and with out even noticing it, her tongue even manages to reach part of her nose as she licks her upper lip. She felt she was lying on some kind of floor, a cold floor. “Nurse Horn, the new bitch has awakened” She heard a rather dark, but clearly female voice besides her say. She opened her eyes as she heard foot steps come closer. For a moment the world was blurry and she could only see a tall white figure approach her. “That’s a good girl” She heard another female voice, the kind of voice someone has that praises a dog that has been good. She could hear someone chew loudly on something hard, grinding it to pieces and swallowing quickly next to her. She blinked a few times and saw that the tall female figure was one of those nurses she had seen before. She watched her with an interest that made her uncomfortable. Beth also realised that she was lying in a cage without any clothes on. She brought her hands to her neck; she was wearing something, she noticed to her surprise that it was a dog collar. She shyly got up on her knees, trying to cover as much of the embarrassing parts of her body as possible. “No need to be embarrassed, I’ve already seen you naked miss Turner” Nurse Horn smirked.
“What is happening? Why am I in a cage? Where’s Ju…?” Beth was about to ask where Jude was but stopped as she realised a chilling connection between the questions. She looked down on herself. She felt groggy from sleeping but she also felt that something else was wrong with her body. She immediately noticed what looked like two rows of small nipples on her stomach. Also her chest looked… slightly deformed, it wasn’t as broad as before but a little deeper. She also noticed small patches of grey hair that had sprouted here and there on her body. “N..no! You’re doing the same thing to me as you’re doing to Jude?? I never agreed to do this!” Beth wanted to scream when she saw and felt a furry appendage curl up and cover her womanhood and the lower parts of her stomach. She watched in horror as she realised that it was her tail. She wanted to touch it to make sure if it was real, but she didn’t need to, it felt as real as anything else. Nurse Horn quietly got up and left the room.
“You might now think so now, but you’re really lucky” The dark female voice besides her spoke again. Now Beth realised that there was another cage besides her. Two brown eyes looked into her eyes as she looked into the other cage. AT first glance it looked like a dog, a Bernese mountain dog that had had its entire body shaved maybe a month ago but now some of the fur had grown back. She clearly was becoming a dog, but there were many telltale signs that showed that she had been human and she was not a dog, or at least not yet. She hardly had a muzzle, just a slight “bulge” and her nose still looked human and was only a bit dark. Definitely not black and wet like the nose of a dog. Her face only had a fur stub and could still barely still see her human skin underneath. But the fur clearly had the classic muzzle fur pattern of a Bernese mountain dog, making it pretty clear what her future muzzle would look like. Other signs were the fur covered remains of her breasts, which looked more like unusually large canine tits. Also, her tail, even if it was wagging in a happy canine way was unusually short and obviously not full grown. The last of her human details where her clearly un-canine hip and chest shape, the shortage of fur to cover up skin in some places and her disproportionate legs. The rest of her was more or less canine.
For a moment Beth got slightly distracted as she examine the dogwoman with her eyes and to her horror she tried to inhale some of the dog’s smell as well. “Oh really? How does being changed into a dog considered lucky?” This better be good thought Beth. The other woman licked her lips. “Well, I’ve never been happier. I’ve got food, shelter, fur to keep me warm and people that likes me. I used to be out on the street before I applied for this… Living a dog’s life is much easier then my former life, I can tell you that. Now I hardly have a care in the world. Also, simple things like being petted and being given a treat becomes great rewards”
