After searching several aisles, Amy finally found Lina looking at some shiny bracelets. Lina did a triple take upon seeing her friend, dropping the ruby-encrusted bracelet she was examining.
"Don't worry, Lina!" Amy smiled. "It's me! Meow!"
"Amy?! What the hell...tell me that's a costume." Lina watched Amy's tail swish about in the air with wide eyes.
"Nope!" Amy giggled. "It's all me! Like it? I think I would have gone for orange fur, but now I seem to be color blind, so I guess it doesn't matter anyway."
"Okay, no way..." Lina said as she approached her changed friend. She hesitantly reached an arm out to touch Amy's striped fur. Then she noticed the extra bulges underneath her shirt. "Uh...you're..."
"Meow, that was kinda unexpected," Amy said. "The vending machine gave me this milk, and..." she trailed off as she saw Lina staring angrily at her. "What?"
"You can't just go around trying things you don't know about!" Lina shouted. "What if...I don't know, what if you were hurt. Or killed! This place is insane, and we're getting the hell out of here!"
