You enter the arcade feeling the floor beneath your feet change from the concrete of the sidewalk to the wooden and threadbare carpet of an old arcade.
The sounds of all the games being played assault you. You breathe in deeply and smell the old metal and plastic of the machines combined with the sweat of people engrossed in battle with digital enemies.
You love it immediately.
Glancing to the left you see a line of Prize Catcher machines. Those were always fun, and a big waste of money you will admit. The large metal claw dangles above a sea of stuffed animals in each machine, beckoning you to try your skill at catching one and dropping it in the bin.
Your eyes scan the long row of machines back in to the darkened corner of the arcade where the last machine in the row sits.
