Finding his strength of will, once again, Dan spoke.
"Screw this. I am going to tell mom." He then turned and walked as best he could into the house. "Mom!" he shouted.
"They aren't home yet," he heard from behind. He tried to run, but stumbled in his heels.
"You really aren't all that bright," his sister said behind him. "Let's see how you like this."
