The boys sat together and talked to late of the adventures of that day. Each on discribing his thoughts and feelings. The more they talked the more the laughter. Till Sean said, "Hey should we leave that guy as an asshole for life or when do you think he's full of shit?"
The laughter continued till Mrs. Morrison called the boys in for bed. As the brothers undressed and got in jammies they asked the other if he could keep the pendant till morning.
After some discussion John held the pendant and the two crawled into bed. "Boys, say your prayers' and ask the lord to forgive those that hurt you, Good Night, said Mrs. Morrison."
"Sean, could we wish that Ken guy to be different. I feel that being an asshole is much worse than being a horse cock, besides wasn't he the cock first? asked John."
"Hey it wasn't any picnic hanging around I'm sure but let's think about it tomorrow, I'm beat, Good Night John."

Morning came early and it was Monday and the boys looked forward to the Memorial Day parade. Mrs.M. loaded the boys in the car and drove downtown. As they awaited the start of the parade the county Sheriff Department mounted police rode first past the lines of people.
Fate can be neat, as the boys watched the horses and poked each other in the ribs. A gray horse of some reknown walked in front of the boys. They looked and then looked at the other, under the tail was a pair of small eyes. As the horse flicked his tail the eyes shifted and blinked. Ken in his high vantage saw the boys and in delight opened his mouth and let the fart of the year as one big yell.
The crowd parted like the Red Sea, as people grabbed there nose and tried not to breath. The boys stood as if nothing had happened.
The rest of the parade was fine but all the boys could talk about was horses'
