Jeff was stunned as he watched everything around him grow larger. He then realized that he was being
transformed into a doll. A Barbie like doll if the big mounds growing on his chest were any indication.
He quickly glanced at the computer screen and was shocked to see that the original him was to be deleted
from reality and his being self aware was disabled. As his body and mind transformed into plastic, his
contemplation on why his mom chose this for him slowed until he completed his transformation into a
lifeless, thoughtless plastic Barbie doll.
Jeff’s mom smiled as she looked over the computer program. She quickly realized that she could use it
to make reality to her specifications. She never really wanted a son and she now had a way to correct that
minor problem. She debated on changing Jeff into a teenage daughter but he wanted to be something
Inanimate and she wasn’t looking forward to instantly having a teenage daughter to raise. She would
rather help her eight year old daughter gradually grow into a teenager under her guidance. She also
debated on using the program to change Jeff into an eight year old twin of Jenny but then she would also
end up with more then she really wanted. One child was more then enough for anybody. She then
remembered that she promised Jenny a new Barbie doll for her birthday.
She smiled as she reviewed her birthday plans at the Pizza parlor scheduled for Saturday. She quickly
entered the specs for a gift wrapped Barbie doll and then debated on whether she really wanted to torture
Jeff by allowing him to keep his mind as a doll. She finally decided that it was acceptable for him to cease
to exist as their reality is changed but not if his consciousness still existed in the doll. She quickly toggled
the self aware to off before starting the transformation. She was actually surprised as she watched Jeff
start shrinking. A part of her didn’t really believe that this was possible. She was intrigued as she watched
her no-longer son transform into a beautiful Barbie doll in mere seconds. Once the transformation was complete, she began to think. 'This doesn't seem to be fair to Jeff, though.' She altered the settings to 'anatomically correct', 'living', and 'aware'. Jeff's plastic eyes blinked and 'he' stretched his arms. His hands bumped the box and he looked around. He looked up at his mom and called out to her. "Mom! Mom!" but she didn't turn. He tried to push away from the box, which 'he' felt through some fabric on his back and butt. He looked to see himself and saw a white bikini top covering his breasts, but had to turn his head to see the blue denim shorts and on of those plastic string-like things around 'his' thin waist. 'He' reached up and felt another around his neck. He pulled some hair to the front of his face and saw that is was blonde now. Looking up again, he saw his mom walking overthen picking up the box. "Honey?" she asked, "Can you hear me?" "I can hear you!" Jeff shouted. "Why did you do this to me? Couldn't You have turned me into something else?" "I'm sorry honey, but I promised your sister a new doll, and you wanted to become inanimate. I figured that is wasn't fair to you, so I used the machine to give you life. I just have to take care of the Chroniac, and you." She took both of them and put them in her room. She put the Chroniac in her top drawer and put Jeff the doll on her bed. Just then, Jeff's sister came in the door. "Mom! I'm home!" Jeff's mom left the room and went downstairs.
