You enter the church with a bit of trepidation. It's been a long day, and a strange one at that. There's nothing more you'd like to do, besides get home and put it all behind you. You cross your fingers, hoping that they have a phone here, even though you didn't see any phone lines, nor any power lines either.
You toward the altar, your senses aflame with the notion that SOMETHING isn't right here. You try to tell yourself it's simply nerves, but it's more than that. There is something definitely out of place.
It took you awhile to realize what it was, though it's not really a surprise you didn't notice it at first-it's not something that you really would have been looking for.
All the stained glass windows of the church showed people transforming into werewolves. "Oh shit," you muttered, realizing that the day's weirdness hadn't abated when you left the house, and in fact, may have increased.
The doors leading out of the sanctuary slammed shut, and you heard a voice. "Welcome to the Church of St. Lupus," it said. You turned to see a middle-aged man in a priest's outfit smiling from the back of the sanctuary. "I certainly hope you'll stay for the sermon tonight."
