Amy walks up to the front desk. Amy is thankful that the store is empty except for the two of them.
Amy approaches the sleeping owner and quietly speaks, "excuse me?"
The store owner barely moves. Amy reaches out a hand and nudges him. The man lifts his head without emotion and looks at the girl.
"Sprayed yourself with fur-fume?" the man asked, eyes half closed.
Amy nodded, a look of shame on her face.
"Didn't get much on you, did you? Come in the back, I can take care of this."
The man turned and walked towards the door leading to the back room. Amy followed and found herself in a room full of shelves. The items on the shelves looked like they came from every age and every part of the world.
The man looked at her and smiles, "your ears have started to change."
Amy gasped and reached a hand to her ears. She felt a light coating of fur on them. She instinctively turned to try and look at them. When she turned back towards the shopkeeper...
