Not knowing what to do, Dan decided to forget about Mitch's appearence and decided to go for lunch instead.
Ordering fried chicken, Dan sat down next to Jane. Jane was a fellow student who he had a crush on. "Do you fancy a date tonight?" he said "We've got no college as it's Saturday tomorrow."
"Sure." replied Jane. "I'll be round your place at 7"

And so Dan forgot about the altercations to himself and Mitch and had a night out with Jane. He didn't remember much as he had a bit too many drinks, but Jane was a strong-willed woman who was no weakling so he wouldn't have done anything.
He was wrong.
Waking up the next morning with a hangover, he saw another, stronger cocoon hanging from the celing. Jane's head was sticking out one end. She was unconcious and her mouth (which was gagged by webbing) had formed some kind of beak. Her bare feet stuck out the other, and they had turned yellow and scaily, with her toenails becoming claws.
Dan had affected another of his colledge friends!
