The boys on the island continue to drink and ride and eat, all the while having slight changes occur. Many boys are looking more and more like donkeys, including Sam and Jake who both now have a full set of donkey ears and two donkey tails as they down another couple of drinks.
They both grimace and Sam’s shoes start to stretch a bit in the toes making slight tearing sounds. Jake holds his face a moment and when he lets go, his nostrils have flared outward and his upper lip and joined with them. “Oh man, this place… so… what’s the word,” Sam struggles. “Cool?” Jake replies. Sam nods as the boys run toward another set of rides.
Suddenly, Sam is knocked to the ground. He groans as he sits up and Jake looks back. Lewis and his cronies are standing over him. Lewis is covered in dark hair with long ears and a tail. His face is stretched out into a slight muzzle and his fingers are all dark. His thugs aren’t too far behind him in appearance as they watch Lewis’ next move. “Get up, shrimp,” Lewis commands, with a deep and hoarse voice. “Just leave him alone,” Jake yells.
“Shut up, or you’re gonna be next,” Lewis bellows. He looks back to Sam and reaches his hand out to his crony who hands him a beer. “Now let me… see…” Lewis thinks and takes a swing of his beer. Lewis grimaces and his shirt starts to rip. “What am I gonna do to you.” He takes another sip and his pants start to rip. Lewis’ cronies sip their own beers and change a little. “I think I’m just gonna… gonna… ggaaa HAW HEE HAW,” Lewis groans and drops his beer. Sam scurries back from the splash as Lewis just stands there. Jake runs over and helps Sam to his feet.
Lewis grimaces again and drops the rest of his beer. “Hhhe… heeeeeyy… Get back heeerre aarggh AWW HEE HAW.” Lewis’ face stretches out a bit more and he collapses to the ground. His cronies start to back away a little concerned before they too start to loose their ability to stand.
Sam and Jake are in awe of the boys as they start to go into fits of braying. Lewis’ face looks totally like that of a donkey and he begins to kick his legs back. His friends writhe on the ground as their clothes rip off and their hands and feet form into hooves.
At that moment, several Uniformed Men come quickly to the scene and put thick ropes around the former boys’ necks. “Don’t worry boys, nothing to worry about,” one man says to Jake and Sam. “But what happened to them,” Sam asks. “To who, these are just donkeys that got loose,” the man replied.
Sam shakes his head, “no, that doesn’t sound right, they were boys, and then they… weren’t they, Jake?” Jake looks at Sam, “I think so, but I can’t remember.” The man just laughs. “Sounds like you boys could use some drinks,” he looks to his friends, “get these boys some beers and get these donkeys secured.”
