Nick put the CD rom in his PC and ran a McAffe virus scan on the installer. It came back negitive, so he went ahead with the installer. "Welcome to Chronivac Version 4.0 by TransDem Labs!"
Nick went through the steps to installation and opened up the program.
The programs system had a large window on the right with a rotating circle with "Untitled" written under it. On the left was a blank text box with "Name:" written beside it, and undernieth that, multiple boxes for stats like weight, height, breast size, etc. "What is this? A character maker?" he said aloud. A black text box popped up. In white letters, it said, "Please Plug-In the PC Emitter." It showed a picture of the modem-looking thing. He hooked the Emitter up to the USB cord and the cord into the back of the PC. Skipping all "Found New Hardware" screens, he continued to the program. The Cronivac promted him for his name, so Nick typed in "Nick Chesterfield". A small, white text at the top said "Welcome, Nick". Nick just shrugged it off as another attempt at being "User Friendly". A small box popped up prompting him to type a persons or an animals name into the box. Nick thought for a moment and chose his friend Chris Alexander. He typed his name in and another box prompted "which Chris Alexander?". It listed several around the world, and Nick chose the one with Chris' address. According to the box, he could bypass that box by setting up the User Info in the options box. Nick opened it and set his hometown, Wertzberg. As soon as he finished, a small 3D anatomically correct model of his friend had appeared in the box on the right. According to a small "LOCATION:" box under the model said he was at home practicing keyboard. Thinking nothing of it, Nick typed in "Nick's place".
