...The light faded back to normal, but nothing changed. Rebecca was still a baby and Diane was still in a diaper.
"Great, how what do we do?" Diane growned, holding her head in her hands.
"This is your fault! Because of you, I'm stuck as a toddler!"
"Hey, you had this coming! But what am I going to do? My boyfriend and my best friend are still affected..."
Rebecca giggled maliciously. "That's right. You're still effected by my magic. Guess what it takes away first! Hahaha! You're incontinent, Diane! You're gonna be wetting and shitty yourself the same as me for the rest of your life!"
"No... No! I'm going to fix this! I... there has to be something I can do!"
Laughing more, Rebecca grinned at Diane. "There's nothing you can do. You won't even feel the need to go. So I didn't get my full revenge and two of your friends are still perfectly normal... That's fine by me. I get to grow up again knowing that you'll have to ask for diaper changes from now on. Oh! And you know the best part? I didn't change reality at all! Haha! Everyone's going to remember the old you! They're going to laugh at you and tease you and make your life hell! So in the end, I still win!"
Tears were streaming down Diane's face. She lost her best friend, her boyfriend and her entire life was destroyed in a matter of minutes. She knelt down against her will, crying uncontrollably as she felt herself evacuating her bowels. After the heavy load dropped into her waiting diaper, she looked back at Rebecca. "Sure, I'm stuck in diapers. But guess what? You're stuck in them for at least a few years yet. Do you think you're just going to regain your continence easily? No, you have to go through potty training again. You're as bad off, if not worse, than me. So I can enjoy the fact that I saved two of my friends. Bye bye, Rebecca. Have fun in foster care." She stood and walked to the nearest payphone she could find.
"H-hey! Where do you think you're going?! What do you mean foster care?!" Rebecca was the one crying now. She had destroyed her own life because she was careless, and no one was going to help restore it.
After Diane finished her anonymous call to the police, she walked back home, a small smile on her face. She didn't even care that her poop filled diaper was on display. All she could think about was how she was a hero, in some small way at least.
