During the night you dream about yourself back at home. You wake up, back in your bed and get up for school. Heading into the bathroom, you check yourself out in the mirror and watch in amazement as your body changes in front of you. Hair begins growing out of your face as your body adds pound after pound. You enjoy the transformation as hair grows all over your chest, and back. You stroke your beard with pleasure, when you suddenly wake up. Immediately grabbing your face, you are relieved to feel that you don’t have a beard.
You investigate your leg and are upset at its current state. Dark hair covers the entire leg before tapering off around your thigh. Thinking about what to do next, you decide that you must find some way off the island before you change anymore. Standing up, you look around the house you spent the night in for any clothes that would hide your appearance. You find a large hoodie which you put on and head out the door. To your surprise you see the bear-man, casually walking around, oblivious that you are so close. You notice how awesome his beard looks and begin absent mindedly feeling your own face, wondering what you would look like a beard. Realizing what you are doing, you push the thoughts out of your head and begin walking towards the dock which you arrived on. After walking for a few minutes you see the boat but are spotted by one of the workers.
“Hey, what’cha doin!” The man snarls at you. Unsure of what to do, you throw off your hood and begin to speak.
“I’m” you are caught off guard by the lower tone of your voice “I’m a new employee, the names Gus” you spit out.
“Alright, get on the ship, were leaving in a few minutes” he motions towards the boat. Surprised at how easy that was, you quickly get on the boat. Mumbling to yourself, you confirm that your voice has in fact changed. Knowing that there is nothing you can do now, you just hope that if you can make it off this island, all your changes will finally stop.
