Maddi left for a couple of hours locking you in the bathroom with some news paper on the floor. Something in you wanted to whine for attention and so you complied.
After getting nothing for your troubled you sniff about and finally lay down on the paper. When you have relieve yourself you simply do it on the floor, not understanding that that is what the paper is for. As you sleep, your old life floats away and is gently replaced by the new one.

You awake to here a door slam and immediately your up, scratching and whining at the door. As it opens a voice from above says, "Bad Alexis! Should have gone on the paper."
Right away you are grabbed by the scruff and pulled over to the piss and you have your nose shoved in your leavings. After words you are tossed outside for a bit. When your owner finally lets you back in the first thing she does is clip two items around your neck; a dog collar and a flea/tick collar.

Life for you is good for the next five years and then your owner slowly loses interest and begins to drift away. Pretty soon you are given to a new owner, someone the previous owner called mom, and life continues.

You are now fifteen in dog years and something tells you that your life is coming to an end. You have been the proud mother of numerous litters, but now you are simply tired. One day a woman, someone that tugs faintly at your memories, walks in and announces, "Mom, are you home?"
Finding no one there except you, she greets you and begins to write a note. Having finished she moves over to a set of drawers and begins to dig through it. Having no real interest in this human and feeling the need to drain your bladder, you struggle to a standing position and exit out the doggy door.
As you are squatting down in the back yard, a strangle sensation over comes you and then there is a sense of vertigo. As you're trying to figure this out a voice calls out, "What are you doing pervert. I'm calling the police!"
Paying it no mind whats so ever you begin to walk back to the house when you stop.
You notice that you are not only taller, but also walking on two legs. With this discovery everything comes back to you and then the memories come back. Memories of Maddi turning you into a dog, Maddi leaving you, your name being Alex and being renamed Alexis and then final insult as Maddi forgets you.
"Maddi," You say out loud, realizing who is in the house.
Dashing in you start looking throughout the house and finally find her sitting in the dining room looking at an amulet. Taking one look at the naked teenager that just ran in, she does the natural thing and starts to scream.

It would be hours before you manage to calm her down and get her to remember all that had occurred. After apologizing, she asks what she can do to help.
"Give me back my life. Send me back to the day that you turned me into a bitch." You reply in earnest.
Maddi nods and says that would be the most reasonable thing to do. Closing her eyes, as if she was thinking, she opens her eyes and whispers, "I got it."
Taking a deep breath you wait to hear what Maddi has to say.
Maddi clutches the amulet and says, "I wish Alex could be taken back to something simple. To the time that I change him into a dog, but instead of a dog I would change him to a more human form."
A tugging sensation and everything goes black and then the light slowly comes toward your eyes and you find yourself standing in Maddi hallway holding the amulet and for some reason wet.
A door opens and as you turn you here a voice, "Alexis, you know that mother doesn't like us wandering around naked after a shower. She would say it's unlady like."
Realizing that she is talking to you, you realize that the amulet has granted the wish in it's own way. But who else would you be if not Maddi's twelve year old sister then? Shrugging, you take the amulet and walk into your room.
