Keith looked around, trying to decide what to use. He sure didn't want to become a girl, so that left Men's and Boy's clothing. Becoming older didn't appeal to him, either. Even if he could figure a way to make himself big and buff, he'd still end up having to fight Jimmy. Seeing Alice reminded him of when he was younger - he'd done a lot better with other kids before he got into High School and started ruining the grade curve for everybody.
He was trying to figure out what to pick out when a red-haired boy about twelve years old stepped out of the dressing room wearing obviously new clothes and went around the corner to show his Mom. The kid's old clothes were on the floor. Jimmy would never recognize him as that boy! After checking to make sure no one was looking, Keith reached in and picked up the kid's shirt and stepped into the empty dressing room next door.
He pulled out the Medallion and gripped it tightly in his hand as he held the boy's shirt. At first, nothing seemed to happen. Then he felt tingling and a little dizzy for a moment. The dressing room expanded around him, and he gasped as the reflection in the wall mirror showed him transforming.
In seconds, the red haired kid was staring back at him from the mirror. He wrinkled his nose - the kid - and now he - was sorta homely, and not too bright looking. But it wouldn't have to be for long. The other issue was that his clothes now sagged, way too big for him. He'd have to get some 12 year-old sized clothes if he wanted to leave. Then he froze as a boy's voice shouted "Hey! Where's my shirt?"
