A little miffed by how short the game was, Andrew ponders whether or not to start the game up again, paying an additional five bucks to do so. After much contemplation, Andrew simply decided that he would just return home for the night. Andrew loved the way he felt within the game, changed into a real werewolf to place humans on their knees and have werewolf kind take their rightful place in the ranks of power. The change was so invigorating, so enlivening, Andrew did want to feel it again... although he knew that it was getting late and he needed to get back home.
Thankfully living not too far from the arcade, Andrew started walking the few blocks back home while the sun set behind him. As Andrew walked onto the porch, the sun was nearing being fully set while allowing the moon to rise. When he walked through the front door, his younger brother David greeted him at the door. Andrew and David were only a year apart, both lived at home with their parents while they went to college. This was also the week that both their parents had to leave them home alone because of their training seminars.
Andrew and David both looked alike in many ways. Both were relatively in average shape, Andrew was five feet nine inches tall while David was six foot one inch, Andrew had dark brown hair while David had light brown hair with a slight tint of red, Andrew was twenty-five and David was twenty-four. This was also a pretty special time to the two of them as their birthdays were exactly a year apart and they were coming up four days from now.
"What's going on Andrew?"
"Not much, just a bit pissed about the Arcade."
"Why... what happened? Anytime I have gone there, I have had a blast!"
"Yeah, I know... I usually do too. This time was different though. I searched around the Arcade, found this area in the back that allowed you to play a new type of game that was fully, and I do mean fully, immersive."
"Really!? What was it about?"
"Well... you could choose between becoming a werewolf or remaining human. Either choice landed you in the role to save either race from the other."
"Sounds pretty cool! Which one did you choose?"
"Well... I chose to be a werewolf by stepping into the moonlight that shone through the window in the room I started in. The cool thing was, I literally changed into a werewolf."
"No way... that's not even possible!"
"I know that David, but believe me... I did change into a werewolf! It was as real as me standing here talking with you! My whole body felt powerful and primal, I felt more alive than I ever had and then my body shifted. My bones popped, my muscles grew bigger than I had ever dreamed, and I completed chainging into a full fledged werewolf. It was really awesome and just when I was about to get used to being that way, a soldier from the game burst in the room and shot me in the head ending the game. It cost five bucks to play until I either died or beat it, well... I did die so I left to come back here."
"Sounds pretty cool Andrew, it is a shame though that you did not get to play very long. What do you plan on doing now? You wanna hang out and watch a movie with me or do your own thing?"
"Not sure bro... if I am not mistaken the moon is going to be out shortly... right?"
"Yeah, tonight is the first night of the fullmoon! You think you are gonna change into a werewolf like you did in the game?"
"No, I know that stuff is just on television and in games like the one I just played. I guess I will..."
