Andrew does a quick check of his inventory, finding only his clothes, armor and the broadsword. He thinks about what to do, pretty certain that this path leads to the dragon's cave and decides to head in that direction, hoping that finishing this game will free him from this place.
He whistles nonchalantly heading down the path, which didn't seem anywhere near this long on the game's demo screen, also noting that the sun was starting to go down. He remembers the sword was enchanted with a magic light spell, not certain how he knows this but incites the words, causing it to glow a dull blue.
"that takes care of one problem" he sighs with relief but begins to wonder just where all the cursed hyena beast-men are. As if on cue, there is a rustling of the bushes and a snarly high-pitched voice speaks up from behind him. "mmmm, you'll make a great slave human."
"Ha! it'll take more than one of you to bring me down!" Andrew retorts, almost immediately regretting those words as the hyena snarls back at him with his squeaky voice "That, human, wont be a problem", spotting several other beast-men emerge from the woods.
Andrew however wasn't phased even as eight more of the creatures appeared, having inherited the abilities of the knight while trapped in this form, readying his sword.
