Patrick flutters down the hallway leaving a glittery trail of pixie dust in his wake. He knows that that bully jock Tanner has study hall in the library this period. Patrick whizzes across the library in search of his quarry.
There is Tanner Wilkes sitting at the library table under the window looking at giant picture book. Patrick begins to encant his spell to turn Tanner into a total queen. He flies toward Tanner. Only as he hovers inches above the open book, and stares into the bully's surprised face, does he realizes that Tanner is reading "Lady Cottingham's Fairy Album" - the infamous "Pressed Fairy Book".
Tanner smiles evilly just as the pinkish-purple gleam of Patrick's spell glows in his eyes. He hear the rush of air, and sees the book closing around him. Patrick screams and tries to fly, but Tanner is too fast. The book closes on Patrick, and crushing him flat. Patrick's now one of the pressed fairies in the Lady Cottingham Album.
Amazingly, Patrick is not dead. He's totally conscious, but he's immobile and pressed flat with a scream permanently affixed on his feminine face.
"Ooh! I bet the hurt!" Tanner says delicately raising his hands to his face as he looks down at the book on the table in front of him.
