He got a finger skateboard. He went to a flat surface, put his fingers on the board and started doing tricks for a few minutes. After an employee asked him to "take it outside," he realized his right pointer and middle finger were stuck to the board. He tried pulling it off but it stayed stuck to his fingers. The board started growing. Or so he thought. He was too busy trying to get the board off to notice what was really happening. It got to the point to where he could put a foot on the board. He pulled again but stayed stuck. Then put his other foot on the board and pulled again and this time, his fingers were free. Balanced on the board, he began to feel his feet get hot. He looked down and saw that his white tennis shoes had turned into black sports shoes. He tried to lift them. "Great!" he said, "First my fingers now my feet." After he rolled his eyes and looked down again, he saw that he had black kneepads on. He tried to take them off by undoing the straps but there weren't any. He looked at his elbows to see matching elbow pads. He looked at his clothes and they had become a red and gold jersey with the number "08" on it and tan, baggy cargo shorts. His observation was cut short when he felt a pressure on his head. He reached up and made two discoveries: He had a black helmet and black wrist/hands pads on. "What could be next?" he asked. Then he began to move but not by will. He began to shift into the position of a skater about to do a trick. Then his whole body stiffened. He tried to call for help but not even a mumble was made.
An 8-year-old boy ran past him only to return and say, "Cool! Another free prize!" The boy picked him up and put him in his pocket.
When he took him out, where was he?
