"Okay," said Jennifer to herself. "Change of plans. There's no way I'm sticking around for the rest of the day's classes. I've got to get out of here before someone else has a chance to turn me into something... or before I see Alexa. I'll have to deal with that twerp Kyle later."
Jennifer tore the flyer off of her locker and proceeded down the hall toward the exit. Each additional flyer she encountered was promptly ripped down and stuffed into her backpack. Luckily nobody was around to see her-- all her classmates were in the classrooms, and would be until 2:15. That gave her 20 minutes to get out without being spotted. She went quickly but cautiously, making sure to be as stealthy as possible.
