"How do you know who I am? Have we met before?" asked Botan.
"If we had met before, I wouldn't be here would I?" said Sam.
"What's... going on here nya?" asked Jen, still barely able to speak
"Oh, forgive me. I'm Botan of the River Sticks. You might say I'm the grim reaper." said Botan.
"Hey Botan, what did you mean by false alarm? Is Spirit World intelligence getting confused by Jen's immortality?" asked Sam.
"How did you know that? Well, you're right. It says here that your friend was supposed to die in that explosion." said Botan.
"That... explains why I'm... such a mess nya." said Jen. She tried to get up.
"No, you mustn't push yourself. That was a powerful explosion." said Botan.
"She had the right idea with that attack. We'll have to work on your speed so you escape before the explosion." said a voice.
"Who're you nya?" asked Jen.
"My name is Hiei. Now, let's begin." said Hiei. He vanished and reappeared next to Jen. He strapped weights to her 4 legs, her arms, and her waist. The weights looked like wristbands and a belt "These weights are locked with a special key. I will give you the key as soon as you can chase me down and hit me. I assure you, it will be difficult. Each of those bands weigh exactly half a ton. I think I'll stick around to watch you try to get up." said Hiei.
"Here Jen," said Sam, "I'll heal you." Sam's hand glowed and ran over Jen's body, healing her burns and broken bones. "Better?"
"Yeah nya, but I still can't move nya." said Jen. She tried to move. She continued struggling throughout the day and into the night. Everybody had fallen asleep, including Hiei.
