I looked at Mark and found that there is strangely familiar about him. "Are you..." I asked, and then stopped.
"Am I what?"
"N...nothing," I stammered.
We went to Olive Garden and I continued to stare at mark, sensing something about him. And then I figured it out. "YOU'RE A WEREWOLF!" I blurted out.
"How did you know?" he asked.
"I always knew there was something you were hiding from me, weren't you? You bit me at the shelter to turn me into a werewolf!"
He leaned forward. "Yes. I hope you're not angry with me."
"Are you kidding? I LOVE being a werewolf! It's my dream come true!" I glanced at mom. "You're one too, aren't you?" She smiled.
"Yes. Mark and I fell in live and he showed me what he really was. He bit me because I wanted to become one." We finished our dinner and went outside.
Mark told me that werewolves aren't evil, that was just a misconception. They didn't kill humans, but the could be killed with a silver bullet.
We started to change. We fell on all fours as our feet and hands became paws, nails changing into claws. Fur covered our bodies: black on Mark's, brown on mine, gray on mom's. We grew larger in size and length as our spines increased and tails popped out from our spines. Our faces pushed out as muzzles, our ears growing pointed, our teeth protruding into sharp fangs. Finally, the color of our eyes changed to yellow. With the transformation complete, we howled at the moon. We started to run, felling the sheer power of the wolf coursing through our veins. We reached home and was greeted by Nick in his wolf form. Mom and Mark shifted back to their human forms while Nick and I ran into the forest, howling with joy, to have fun as wolves.
