Kathy was a young 12-year-old girl who lived on her parent's dairy farm. They had an extremely successful business selling the milk produced from their cows. Every morning, Kathy would get out of bed and head outside to the barn where she'd milk the cows by hand. She always wondered how their udders became loaded with milk so quickly.
It was just another rainy and gloomy day as Kathy flipped through channels on the wide-screen television out of boredom. "There isn't much to do around here." She sighed and decided to explore the old dusty basement. "Wow, it's quite dark down here. Why don't they have any lights running?" There were so many boxes scattered around with a variety of items inside. Clothing and broken furniture stuck out of a few containers.
Kathy suddenly noticed a bright glow radiating from one of the boxes in the corner. She slowly walked over to the ripped box and opened it up where she found a small black book embedded with precious gems. "Oh, this book must be quite valuable!" Kathy soon realized that there was no title and the book was at least 500 years old, according to the date inscribed inside.
