Bill had realized that he needed to use the restroom and we see that Tammy had picked up a book. When Bill got down to the bathroom he sees that it's a unisex one so he goes in and took and shit and wiped. He then realized that his clothes had changed because now he had on panties and he then realized that the pants are maternity one. He then turned around and looked in the mirror and sees that he has a blouse.
When he goes back out he sees that where Tammy had been sitting and reading now looks like a 2 year old girl. He sees that next to Tammy looks like a diaper bag. We see that the outfit Tammy has on is a baby version is what she was wearing. Bill goes over and sits down. He then reachs in the diaper bag and finds a wallet. He opens it and is surprised to see that it has a pitchure of him as a female. It says that he is now 23 and then notices some photos. There is one of him with Tammy in his arms and looking about 6 months old. We hear Tammy say "Mama me we."
