Rick spun around on the barstoolish chair behind the counter. His shop hadn't seen much interest and the physically 23 yearold man was bored out of his mind. Even with the inclusion of non magical incense, books (including those sappy romance novels) and jewelry not a soul seemed to come in anymore. After checking the cash in the register for the 50th time that hour he stood up and walked into the back. "Thats it I can't take it anymore. Time to get things moving."
In the back was his own personal supplies, where he would make private commisions. Not like he had any of those for a while. Pouring a few powered whatnots into a beaker he set it on fire, letting the purple flame burn for a second. Afterwards he set the ashes on a luck charm and grinned. "Why not take this a little further? After all, it's been ages since I had a little fun."
Adding a few more ingrediants he went back out into the main store to wait for his customer. And he waited for a good half hour before the bell above the door rang. He had started to drift to sleep so the sound surprised him a little. The frat brother at the door chuckled. "Bored dude?"
"Just a touch."
"Can see why, this place is dead."
"Oh its more alive than you'd think."
"Sure dude. Well hey, me and the bros are having a party tonight and I need something unique for a party game. Girl a mine said this place had some neat stuff that could pass. Whatcha think?"
"Well, sounds interesting." So thats how the spell is manifesting. "Well, what are you looking for? I'm guessing something a little more adult to play with your girlfriends maybe?"
"Nah, this is a guys night. The Hearthstone frat is having it's 60th aniversery, and it's tradition to be brothers only."
"You don't say." Rick glared slightly, casting his eyes over to a shelf full of miniture satyr statues, all former frat brothers who had broken in the shop a few years back, and all in various sexul positions with each other. This would be a perfect opportunity to repay the rest of the frat and those who got way. How fortunate things were turning out Rick though. "I have just the thing. Wait right here."
"Sure." Ian walked over to the shelf he had seen the shop keep glance at, and grimaced at the sight of the statues prodigiou erections. Though the more he looked, the more he couldn't turn away and the more the faces of the satyrs looked like the portraits of the frat brothers who went missing three years back.
"Care with this, even the image of a satyr can be dangerous, and those are no exception. Here, I'm sure you and your house will love this."
